Returns & Refunds Policy


Could I Return Any Unused Tiles?

Due to the cost of haulage and the increased risk of tiles being damaged during transit, Tile Bazaar does not offer returns or refunds on unused tiles.



What If My Tiles Are Damaged or the Order Is Incorrect?

All damages, shortages, or irregularities must be reported within 2 working days of delivery.


Please email info@tilebazaar.co.uk with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear image proof of any damages
  • Details of the missing, damaged, or incorrect items

The exact quantity of damaged or missing tiles must be confirmed in writing. Once verified, replacement tiles will be sent free of charge where applicable.


Due to the nature of tile transportation, minor breakages may occasionally occur. We recommend allowing a small wastage margin when ordering. In some cases, broken tiles may still be suitable for cuts or edge pieces during installation.


If replacement tiles are required to complete the installation, we will arrange replacements provided the issue was reported within the stated timeframe.



The Tiles Have Arrived and They Are Not What I Expected / I Have Changed My Mind


If the order was placed online then Tile Bazaar cannot be held responsible for differences between website images and the appearance of tiles on your screen, as colours and finishes may vary depending on display settings and lighting conditions.


If you no longer wish to keep the goods, any approved return may be subject to collection charges and a 33% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:


  • Tile adhesives
  • Tile trims
  • Tile spacers
  • Custom-cut tiles
  • Special order products
  • Opened or used installation accessories
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
